People are embracing the internet like never before and becoming more willing to do business. But with all the scams out there, if you are not willing to let people know who you are and what you’re about, you will not be able to build the trust necessary to do business with them.

Get yourself out there in a number of different mediums. Don’t rely on one newsletter or blog. Utilize all the free tools available with MySpace, FaceBook, Twitter, WordPress. The more venues you can get involved with the better. And what’s nice is you only have to create the content once and then reuse it on all your venues.

If you have a favorite hobby (like me with my worms) then that’s a fun and easy way to let people know who you are.

If you have a great attitude, if you’re positive and upbeat, people will love to do business with you. Let them get to know who they are dealing with.

So get busy networking, it’s fun!
